About Haile Terry
I am extremely passionate about both social impact and computer science. Ultimately, my goal is to become a consulting software engineer and developer for NGOs working on environmental degradation and sustainability worldwide. As the world grows increasingly digitized, technical skills are only growing in importance for every single organization, yet NGOs and non-profits lag years or even decades behind in technology. I hope to bridge that gap and fill a crucial need with my unique skill set and interests. I want to help social impact organizations take full advantage of all the tools available in the digital era, from web/mobile dev to deep learning to GIS mapping. Most importantly, I want to feel like I\'m making a difference and doing something truly meaningful, and I can\'t think of anything more fulfilling than the work I hope to do.
