Who am I?I am someone who loves a challenge, whether that is mental or physical and I always have a project on the go.I value competence and particularly enjoy a sharp mind or sharp wit, we may as well have fun along the way! I appreciate working with people with diverse skillsets, who are collaborative, ambiguity-tolerant and seek to work in complex environments. I am motivated by finding problems that matter, how and where we can do better. How I show up is incredibly important to me. I’m equally passionate about helping others.I am logical, visual and tech-savy. I love exploring new possibilities through curiosity - I’m the person that takes something apart to see how it works and then thinks about how it might be redesigned!And what does my experience tell you about me?I am a seasoned senior leader who is proficient in operating across multiple geographical locations and large cross functional organisations. I bring a problem solving mentality to scale complex concepts and teams to deliver robust solutions and drive impact. I am an established public speaker with a keen ability to tailor challenging topics to the audience. I have experience in building organisational operating models, developing business strategies, implementation plans, bridging technical and non-technical, but importantly maintaining morale, inclusivity, and wellbeing.
