I\'m excited to offer consulting services in the areas of leave of absence, disability and accommodation. I\'m leveraging over 30 years of experience in the absence management field, with a commitment to helping my clients develop programs that are compliant, scalable, sustainable, disciplined and, of course, customer-centric. Prior to beginning this chapter of my career, I led the benefit services, leave of absence, disability and accommodation case management teams at Amazon. We insourced and integrated our leave/disability and accommodation in 2020, on a single tech platform - which allowed us to pivot to deliver special COVID programs. It was an exciting time to be at Amazon!Before joining Amazon, I was the National Lead for Buck Consultant\'s Absence & Productivity Solutions group. I was fortunate to work with some of America\'s largest and most respected companies, as well as disability and leave of absence administrators. The scope of projects prepared me well for my current role - claim audits, vendor performance assessment and remediation, plan design impact modeling and program structure development. Prior to Buck, I was at Mercer HR Consulting in a similar role.
