Working along with families and external professionals in obtaining advices in regards to needs and provisions. Writing a standard drafts and finalising EHCP. Ensuring a placement that can meets their needs and adequate provisions. Ensuring placements before the end of phase transfer deadline. Organising and attending meetings. Writing annual reviews.
