I am a Director of Manufacturing Operations at Owens Corning, a global leader in building and industrial materials. I have over 30 years of experience in setting up, transforming, and heading multi-locational manufacturing operations, building high-performance cross-functional teams, and delivering organizational vision, goals, and excellence. I hold an M. Tech. in Polymer Science and Technology from IIT-Delhi and an MBA from Indira Gandhi National Open University.I am passionate about driving manufacturing excellence to drive P&L growth. I have successfully turned around the business and achieved 100% volume growth, expanded plant capacity by 100%, and pushed up OEE by over 15%. I have also completed a greenfield project in 2023 and a brownfield expansion project in 2018 within budgeted timelines and costs. I have established a center of excellence and new product lines, and developed domestic business despite being an EOU. I have collaborated with multi-ethnic teams in India and Canada, and have exposure across USA, Europe, and Asia. I am recognized as a people leader, a stakeholder manager, and a strategic planner and implementer.
