Event Marketer | Inclusivity Advocate | Collector of Travel PlansI build campaigns that get people to register for events and then follow through on the day, which turns out to be trickier than you\'d think. Right now, I\'m running marketing for Cvent CONNECT Europe, and I work with other clients who need campaigns that drive registrations without sounding like they came from a template.The goal is always the same: meet the targets without losing the human touch. Being neurodivergent means I thrive on the occasional chaos of event marketing. When something\'s not working, I pivot quickly. I challenge the \"we\'ve always done it this way\" mindset, and I bring energy to campaigns that people respond to. It\'s made me good at spotting solutions others miss and genuinely committed to workplaces that properly value different brains, not just in theory. When I\'m not deep in campaign planning, I\'m either outdoors or plotting my next trip. I also read way too much about art history for someone who doesn\'t work in a museum. Lately, I\'ve been spending a lot of time thinking about what I actually want from work, which feels like its own kind of project.
