My work focuses on embedding business integrity into global operations, especially on-the-ground risks in complex, high-risk geographies across EMEA, CALA, APAC.I lead comprehensive ABC due diligence and risk assessments across international partner ecosystems, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate new business opportunities, deliver executive-level insights, and ensure compliance is a business enabler. Strategic Risk Advisory: I partner with global leaders to assess compliance risks and shape market entry strategies in challenging regions. Due Diligence Leadership: I design and implement robust ABC frameworks that protect international business and support sustainable growth. Ethical Business Advocacy: I champion transparency and ethical conduct in high-corruption-risk markets, reinforcing our reputation as a trusted global player. Executive Engagement: I deliver high-impact insights that influence decision-making at the highest levels.In my current role, I oversee ABAC compliance risk management for new business and major subsea projects (e.g, 2Africa, WACS, EQUIANO, EASSy, SMW, IMEWE), ensuring project success while upholding ethical standards. Lead third-party and country risk assessments, sanctions reviews, and policy compliance.2. Design and maintain anti-bribery controls and due diligence tools.3.
