Lead new business opportunities in the subsea arena with potential strategic partners and customers by defining and refining market-entry strategies based on data, competitive analysis, and customer insights- Work closely with tax advisors to create tax-efficient holding structures for the investment- Work closely with Corporate Legal and External Legal Teams to negotiate MOUs, Binding Term Sheets and Definitive Agreements- Review agreements and contracts and negotiate with partners and customers- Manage and engage third-party consultants for the relevant areas of work requirements- Data process with information on emerging markets and feasibility studies done on key markets- Build business cases and secure approvals from internal stakeholders- Manage market research for new projects- Provide inputs to the sales team in developing compelling business propositions to potential customers- Coordinate monthly/quarterly reporting to all stakeholders- Work closely with GRC on Vendor management and 3PP engagements- Support Business Operations in facilitating internal audit processes- Collaboration with business leads, ensuring appropriate business continuity and resiliency plans to mitigate the highest risks and meet regulatory requirements- Support the development and delivery of necessary training and awareness initiatives.
