I’m a Microsoft‑certified Senior Cloud Systems Engineer specialising in Enterprise Infrastructure, Modern Workspace solutions, Identity, and security across Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including messaging and collaboration platforms. Over the last several years I’ve delivered resilient, well‑governed and well‑architected identity and productivity platforms leveraging Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and hybrid co‑existence, combined with Microsoft 365 services, advanced device and endpoint management, resilient backup and disaster recovery operations, etc. My toolkit includes hands‑on administration, architecture and migration, and day‑to‑day operations that keep business‑critical services running smoothly.Earlier in my career I progressed from L2/L3 support into technical leadership, designing and operating Microsoft‑based systems at scale, mentoring engineers, and running migrations with minimal downtime. That breadth means I’m as comfortable rolling up my sleeves to troubleshoot as I am shaping architecture, documentation, and process so improvements stick. Today at apetito I continue to combine hands‑on engineering with pragmatic delivery, collaborating across business and vendor teams to land secure, reliable outcomes - whether that’s enabling SSO for a new SaaS, remediating access issues under time pressure, or planning upgrades around OS and application end‑of‑life. I hold an MSc in Computer Science (Cyber Security) and maintain active Microsoft certifications including Azure Administrator Associate, Identity & Access Administrator Associate, and Cybersecurity Architect Expert - reflecting my commitment to continuous learning and to designing with security in mind from the outset. I communicate complex ideas clearly, enjoy partnering with stakeholders at every level, and thrive in teams that value ownership, empathy, and measurable impact.
