I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management/Personnel Administration, General from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat in June 2010 to April 2013. I then pursued my Master of Business Administration in Information Resource Management from the same university in August 2013 to April 2015. I am currently working as a Human Resource Recruiter at Onviqa Inc. since May 2015. In this role, I am responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the recruitment process for various positions.‍ Prior to this, I completed an internship at Bright Placement Services in June 2014 to September 2014, where I gained valuable experience in HR management, recruitment, and compliance. Additionally, I completed a summer internship at The People\'s Co-operative Bank in May 2011 to July 2011, where I assisted with customer service and account management. With a strong educational background in HR and information management, as well as practical experience in recruitment and customer service, I am passionate about helping organizations attract and retain top talent while promoting growth and development for all employees.
