Over the past three years, my experience at Unisoft Europe GmbH in Germany has been a turning point in my career, specializing in Digital Signage and Self-Service Payment Systems. By working with a wide range of clients—from large chains like Haus des Döners and Lord of Döner to smaller businesses—I\'ve gained a deep understanding of this market\'s dynamics and needs. I have firsthand experience in every stage of a company\'s journey in Germany, from setup and operations to team building and growth. On this journey, we\'ve demonstrated how to achieve significant success with limited resources by leveraging our production power in Turkey.I am excited to share this unique expertise with Turkish companies looking to make a new start in Europe.Son üç yıldır Almanya\'da, Unisoft Europe GmbH\'de Dijital Signage ve Self-Service Ödeme Sistemleri alanında edindiğim tecrübeler, kariyerimde bir dönüm noktası oldu. Haus des Döners ve Lord of Döner gibi büyük zincirlerden, küçük işletmelere kadar çok çeşitli müşterilerle çalışarak, bu pazarın dinamiklerini ve ihtiyaçlarını derinlemesine anladım. Bir şirketin Almanya\'daki tüm aşamalarını (kurulumdan operasyonlara, ekip oluşturmaktan büyümeye) birinci elden tecrübe ettim. Bu yolculukta, Türkiye\'deki üretim gücümüzü kullanarak sınırlı kaynaklarla nasıl büyük başarılar elde edilebileceğini gösterdik.Bu eşsiz deneyimi, Avrupa\'da yeni bir başlangıç yapmak isteyen Türk firmalarına aktarmak için heyecanlıyım.
