I am currently a Development Operations Senior Coordinator at the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, where I support various development initiatives to increase adoptions of children in foster care. I\'m passionate about using my background in learning sciences and data analysis to support children\'s well-being. With a BSc in Economics and an MEd in Learning Sciences and Human Development, I bring a research-informed approach and a strong background in learning sciences to my work.Previously, I served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Miami University School based Center of Excellence and the Ohio Mental Health Network for School Success. In these roles, I collaborated on various mental health initiatives and programs for schools and families, designing and delivering evidence-based interventions to enhance mental health and well-being. My experience as a Customer Service Officer at Zenith Bank Plc honed my ability to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with customers.I aim to leverage my skills and expertise to make a positive impact in the fields of development, behavioral health, and mental health. I aspire to help organizations build psychologically healthy cultures that enable employees to flourish. Whether through training, supportive policies, development initiatives, or people-centered programs, I am motivated to contribute to nurturing environments where all individuals can achieve their full potential.
