Create a profile and Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github· Provide daily and weekly recruitment reports and updates where necessary· Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities on the cultural fitness· Schedule both virtual and physical interviews where necessary through adequate and timely notifications to all stakeholders. Ensure prompt and effective feedback is provided to candidates pre and post interviews as well as progress or fallout information.· Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates· Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals where necessary· Compose employment offer letters to candidates· Onboard new hires and carry out physical and electronic documentation of new hires where necessary· Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work· Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements· Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products Obtain pay advice from Lead, PPC and negotiate offers efficiently Obtain new hires reward structure from Letter fixing breakdown sheet to develop employment contracts. Ensure that the HRMS (SageHR) is up to date with the recruitment flow for all hiring positions Ensure proper documentation of all hiring process as well as during new employee onboarding Ensure the creation and constant update of the department’s personnel databank sheet Effective update of the new hire collaboration sheet and prompt notification to the Office Management & Support team for onboarding formalities. Prompt deactivation of any separated employee from the SageHR and update of the staff separation sheet.Engage in organizing and planning departmental and company wide events.Engage in other related HR duties as assigned by your line manager.
