Transformation Project: Transformation into a new MS-Dynamics CRM system:\\\\n Working closely with the Project stakeholders, Business Analyst and Program Managers: evaluating the business case, regularly updating the PID, writing up project brief, deciding on the project approach and reviewing the project plan from time to time\\\\n Managed budget and project expenses alongside the project accountant.\\\\n Proactively facilitate communication/information exchanges between members of the project team as required with other stakeholders and functions to ensure that everyone is kept appropriately informed.\\\\n Act as quality review scribe. Act as a single point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and maintaining confidentiality.\\\\n Responsible for delivering, identifying, monitoring and updating the Risk and Issue logs. Making sure other risk/issue owners are meeting their deadlines, contingency plans are in place and creating weekly highlight report as well as presenting the logs to the project board\\\\n Provide project related communications including; status, contact, highlight and pipeline reporting\\\\n Responsible for managing change procedures and quality assurance by keeping track of progress reports and monitoring procedures to ensure targets are achieved.\\\\n Working and Contributing to the PMO to ensure the Project Management Standards tools and Processes are adhered to.\\\\n Monitoring of Program Plan to facilitate effective discharge of duties to project team.\\\\n Actively contributing to the overall assessment of change requests, challenging impact assessments to ensure their accuracy and take appropriate action to communicate the approval, rejection or deferral of change.\\\\n Planning, monitoring and tracking plans against progress, and making recommendations to Project stakeholders.\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n
