Responsible for working on day to day customer issues via telephone, email and chat, including Webex live assistance, ensuring the best use of product and its services • Provide on-call support to multiple countries during weekends/public holidays• Problem Solving: Perform and review health checks, identify and escalate trends. Act on all application level alerts and assist with service restoration• Assist with root cause analysis and remediation via review of logs & code logic• Liaises with DBA, ProdOps and DevOps to overcome known problems and improve the service quality• Assists in the planning of work for self and others by studies of design alternatives, problems and solutions
