As a Senior Product Development Engineer at Mahindra, I specialized in the design and development of critical automotive systems including wiper systems, washer systems, wiper motors, and hood release cable systems. I led cross-functional teams to drive innovation from concept through to production, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance. My role involved extensive collaboration with suppliers, rigorous testing, and implementation of cost-effective solutions to enhance vehicle reliability and customer satisfaction.Collaboration is key in my field, and I pride myself on building strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Trims, Design Quality, CME, Vehicle integration, Service, Electrical & Electronics, etc. My goal is to drive innovation in EV vehicles, taking the Electric vehicle to the next level.As a postgraduate engineer trainee at Mahindra, I gained valuable experience in using tools such as CATIA, and PLM tools like Team Centre to create and optimize product designs. I also utilized my analytical and root cause analysis skills to identify and resolve design issues and ensure product accuracy and quality. Additionally, I hold an MTech degree in mechanical engineering from NIT Jaipur, where I learned advanced concepts and techniques of DFMEA, Project management, Lean Six Sigma, and Quality Control.I am eager to leverage my skills and expertise to contribute to the success of future projects at Mahindra.
