ABOUT ONISIA MARTIN
I enjoy working with people and I have found my passion in working with \"at-risk\" teens and young adults in greater Detroit, MI. I created Ambrosial Soul Lifting, LLC as a way to provide outpatient mental health services in addition to working with students in Farmington Public Schools. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based, Cognitive Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and various other modalities, depending on my clients needs. I am specifically focused on meeting my clients where they are and integrating mindfulness into the therapeutic setting in order to help clients make healthy choices outside of the therapy setting. My goal is to provide clients with the skills that they need in order to better function in this world that often makes them feel as though they won\'t be accepted. Every person deserves to feel like they have something to offer, because every person does.
