Place phone calls to newly diagnosed patients and potentially exposed people, providing information on how to protect themselves; collect and record information on symptoms and needs into the database system with accuracy.• Communicate professionally and empathetically with contacts, maintaining emotional and cultural awareness. • Provide contacts with approved information about isolation and quarantine procedures, and if necessary, refer them to testing according to protocol and/or to a COVID-19 community support specialist for social resources.• Interpret and assess relevant data, including contact tracing demographics, underlying medical conditions, and other risk factors, to help make informed decisions.Significant achievements:• Designed and assisted in the implementation of a new citizen record system that significantly improved the processing of citizen’s records by 70%.• Mentored new hires who joined the team to ensure all guidelines were followed according to best practices.
