My professional experience involves many aspects of real estate and relocation, all of which provides a solid foundation for what we do here at OnePoint Solutions, the company I founded in 2008. When someone asks me what I do, I say that I’ve developed a SaaS product for the real estate and lending industry that generates unencumbered leads. We also operate a relocation company that puts a laser focus on transferees who are getting a lump sum allocation, as well as delivering an homeownership assistance benefit program to those moving on their own. I like to stay in the trenches serving the same market that I help others to tap into. Keeps me current in this ever-changing climate. When someone asks me what I love doing, I say that I LOVE building new stuff. I LOVE solving problems and creating solutions (notice the name of my company!). I also LOVE data. Data tells a story from which a plan is crafted. I am passionate about creating a work environment where my team feels safe, valued, empowered, and rewarded. We all rise together. In the end, I’m a serial entrepreneur. Have all my ideas worked out? Nope, but you can’t win if you don’t bet! Are there more ideas in my head? Yup! Tons, but I am disciplined enough to advance each idea strategically and when the time is right.
