Introducing Onenchila Kichu, whose name, inspired by her great (4x) grandfather- a leader and Naga head-hunter - reflects her drive to excel.Her passion for marketing stems from its power to channel her creativity into action and her curiosity about human behavior. For her, marketing is about connecting, understanding, and crafting resonant stories.She has pursued a BSc in Economics and an MBA from FMSDelhi. Her experience includes working at Mars Wrigley, journalism at Rising Youth, and integrating Citibank customers to Axis Bank. Beyond academics, Onenchila is trained in 3 sports, can play 7, has won Miss Nagaland NSUG, modeled, and captained every basketball team she\'s been part of.Outside of work, she\'s a proud cat mom to Ollie, loves singing, and grew up helping her mom run a wedding planning and retail business.
