Courtney Sherwin, CCP, CBP, MA, PHR has been helping organizations achieve goals, enhance effectiveness, and develop capability in the area of Total Rewards for over 20 years. Her areas of expertise include designing and executing programs that help attract, retain and engage high-performing employees including base pay, incentives, performance management, executive comp, benefits, work-life balance and leadership development. She has worked in a wide range of industries including large hospital and complex integrated healthcare delivery systems, bio technology, and manufacturing. She plays a key role in successfully navigating large groups of C level executives through cost/benefit analysis of change initiatives that require excellent facilitation and presence due to competing interests of various stakeholders. She is also adept at working in all phases of an organization’s life cycle (i.e, start-up, fast-growth, sustained operation, merger, and acquisition). Courtney\'s wide range of experience has honed her ability to lead successful change integrating Total Rewards with organization goals and strategies, including those with extremely diverse and challenging contexts. She is a frequent speaker at the World at Work annual conference focusing on Total Rewards and Multigenerational issues. In addition, she has held a variety of positions with World at Work to include Faculty Member, Benefits Advisory Board, and Multigenerational Task Force. She has published several articles on Total Rewards and is an Adjunct Faculty member at University of Colorado. Courtney received her MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Development from the University of West Florida.
