I am in charge of the basketball development as a whole throughout the college from the participation level to elite level, planning and delivering skill development and team sessions throughout the week on the court and strength training in the gym in preparation for competition with the team currently competing in the u19\'s elite level college academy league (ABL). I am also active in recruiting young people within the college to take part in basketball enrichment to increase sports participation within the sixth form. Oversee academic progress for student athletes.
