Currently working with Equiti Group, a leading fintech organization in the Middle East (UAE), through Shuru’s service-based engagement model.Part of the Client Acquisition team, where I collaborate with over 15 Flutter developers to modernize Equiti’s mobile platforms by migrating their existing applications to Flutter.As part of this initiative, I contribute to rebuilding the app architecture from the ground up, emphasizing scalability, maintainability, and modularity. We follow a robust engineering setup: 1. BLoC for state management, ensuring clear separation of business logic and UI. Melos to manage a well-structured monorepo, improving dependency handling and development velocity. Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD workflows, and seamless team collaboration. DCM (Dart Code Metrics) for enforcing consistent code quality, custom lint rules, and deep static analysis.This project has exposed me to large-scale team coordination, advanced DevOps practices, and a high standard of mobile engineering workflows, making it one of the most technically enriching experiences of my career so far.
