At Landwin Management LLC, my focus is on harnessing over 21 years of fundraising experience to drive business development in the commercial real estate sector. Since securing my CA Real Estate License in 2021: 1) I have been grateful to work for my broker, Robby Moon of Moon Realty on both residential and commercial deals,2) I have worked contractually with the Code Solution in DTLA to write their real estate tech startup business plan, 3) and I\'m grateful to now be working for Landwin Management - a boutique commercial real estate investment firm founded in 1987 by Martin Landis.My dedication to nonprofit growth is evidenced by raising over $50 million for various art organizations, NGO\'s and nonprofits across sectors, locally, nationally and internationally. Through Sweetman Consulting, I\'ve empowered nonprofits across social services and the arts, leveraging my skills in galleries, creative writing, and photography to create impactful narratives and secure essential funding. My mission is to continue fostering the symbiotic relationship between real estate development, community enrichment, and the arts.
