ABOUT ONDREJ SINDAR

I like making things work better for people, for teams, and for the long run. At Forest Professionals BC, I support the CEO and Board while helping improve how we run things behind the scenes. My role covers everything from governance and FOIPPA compliance to records management, procurement, and rolling out new systems. I’m big on clear processes, collaboration, and finding practical ways to solve problems. Whether it’s drafting policies, testing new platforms, or helping staff navigate change, I’m focused on making our work smoother and more effective every day. I find purpose in the small wins the things that make someone’s day easier, help a process click into place, or support a team in doing their best work. That’s where the impact often starts.
