Mighty is a boutique agency that develops technical solutions; implements strategic software solutions; manages IT projects and programs; and builds powerhouse teams of niche IT and digital media talent in Los Angeles and New York City. This year, Mighty is working with the Shoah Foundation, a non-profit founded by Steven Spielberg to collect the testimonies of Holocaust survivors. I am working with the team to rapidly scale up testimony collection efforts at participating local TV stations; develop automated media transport and transcode solutions; and evaluate AI tools for rapid transcription, translation, and indexing.While running Mighty Corps, I served as the senior program manager of the largest tech initiative at Sinclair Broadcast Group. Our team coordinated 250+ field engineers, multiple vendors, and 118 project plans at multiple broadcast operations sites across the United States on a network technology upgrade project. Using hybrid agile scrum and waterfall project management methodologies, I led project managers, technology design engineers, hardware orders, implementation engineers, finance and contract management, and decommissioning of retired sites and/or software.I also evaluated, implemented, and collaborated with AI software developers to advance AI technologies for the collection of strategic on-air data. This data solved complex challenges for broadcasters and advertisers and gave them a competitive edge.
