Spearheaded and produced Epiphany’s largest ever fundraiser, The Fête, managing every detail with a limited budget- Securing two literary honorees- Procuring and coordinating merchandise, venue logistics, run of show, staff, food, beverage sponsors, silent and live auction items- Designing and executing the full social media and daily email campaign in advance of the Fete- Leading all follow-up communications with donors and attendees- Raising more money than any fundraiser in Epiphany’s 20+ year history- Recruited and managed advisory boards, event committees, and trustees to support ongoing organizational development- Solely led all outreach and relationship-building with brand partners, sponsors, donors, and creative collaborators, strategically engaging both new prospects and long-standing supporters to drive community and revenue growth.Planned and led internal planning meetings toward- Delegating tasks and scheduling regular check-ins to ensure deadlines were met- Building out Epiphany’s board- Curated and executed Epiphany’s full annual event slate, to include readings, workshops, and launch parties, and designed to expand as well as elevate the brand - with the ultimate goal of building long-lasting community.
