At PES University, I pursued a B.Tech in Computer Science while complementing my technical background with courses in entrepreneurship, leadership, and business strategy. I quickly realized I’m a people person—I love engaging with diverse teams, building strong networks, and creating collaborative environments where ideas can thrive. Throughout my journey, I’ve taken on high-impact leadership roles, including President of PES E-Cell, Head of Student Council, and a Student Marketeer at Red Bull. I’ve built communities, launched initiatives, and driven measurable outcomes across finance, startups, product, and operations. At Hero FinCorp and Cisco ThingQbator, I’ve worked on business strategy, market research, and process optimization, sharpening my ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.    Pivoted the team towards in-house development as a key member of the Business Rule Engine Team, eliminating external dependency (100%) and significantly enhancing operational efficiency. Automated underwriting and credit decisioning policies for allocated line of business, reducing Turnaround Time (TAT) by ~42%, optimizing decision accuracy, and enhancing customer experience.
