I’ve spent 17+ years building, breaking, and scaling technology for the world’s most regulated industries. Now I’m building the trust layer for AI-generated code.My journey started in the trenches of global banking engineering digital platforms at Commerzbank, Barclays UK, and HSBC. At Barclays, I led frontend architecture and drove cross-team technical capability building. At HSBC, I owned the customer onboarding automation stack OCR, CRM, and document fulfilment for their retail banking division. These weren’t side projects. These were systems where a single bug could mean regulatory exposure across millions of customers.That experience shaped a conviction: regulated industries don’t just need faster software they need trustworthy software.At Thynk Digital and DigitalSpace, I stepped into the founder seat for the first time, serving as Director of Technology Innovation. We built digital transformation solutions purpose-built for banking, helping financial institutions stay competitive in a market being reshaped by fintech. It was here I learned what it takes to sell innovation to risk-averse buyers who can’t afford to get it wrong.Then came Enterprise Minds, where I joined as a Founding Member and scaled to Managing Director of Product Engineering. I built and led teams across frontend, backend, middleware, and DevOps. We shipped cloud migration platforms, disaster recovery infrastructure, and RMM monitoring products from zero to production. I learned how to build products that enterprises actually adopt not just demo well.Every chapter taught me the same lesson: as AI rewrites how code gets created, someone needs to ensure that code is actually safe, compliant, and production-ready before it ships.That’s what I’m building now, a trust layer between AI-generated code and production. A platform that delivers multi-LLM-SLM validation, semantic graph analysis, and persona-based compliance review across frameworks like OWASP, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and SOC 2.
