   I implement best practices in EH & S programs, strategies, and processes to enhance awareness and performance across the facility. • I partner with plant leadership and safety committee members to execute all required EHS programs, including Hazard Communication, PPE, Emergency Action Plans, Mobile Equipment, Confined Space, Hot Work, Hearing Conservation, LOTO, and associated training and Job Safety Analysis. • I evaluate plant compliance with environmental regulations, identify areas for improvement, and manage corrective actions from concept to completion. • I manage environmental and safety reporting, including OSHA and EPA reporting, record keeping, and environmental permits. • I develop and conduct safety training to educate the workforce, mitigate risk, limit liability, and ensure compliance with TC’s Vigilance Health, Safety, and Wellness program. • I provide leadership in developing action plans in response to internal and external audit nonconformities. • I conduct risk assessments for processes, work areas (job analysis), machine safety, and ergonomics. • I investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions. • I propose, implement, and maintain leading and lagging safety performance indicators. • I participate in the annual review of written safety programs, prepare annual action plans, and ensure the accurate and timely submission of EHS metrics and reports. • I provide support and guidance for the contractor safety management program. • I conduct internal audits to identify non-compliance, hazardous conditions, and unsafe behaviors in equipment, facilities, and processes. • I coordinate safety training and orientation for new employees. • I handle the preparation and management of all environmental permits, reporting, and compliance, including Title V, Tier II, hazardous waste management, recycling, and stormwater reporting.
