Flutterwave is one of the fastest growing payments companies in the world currently operating in over 33 African countries and valued at $3BN. As product lead for Offline channels, I lead a team of engineers and product managers and oversee the overall product management, business analysis and strategy of the products that enable merchants receive payments offline. These include: POS merchant acquiring, Agency banking,\"Card present\" transaction switching and routing and the creation of customised offline payments solutions for major merchants. In just 5 months, I implemented product features that grew the revenue generated by these products by over 77%. In One year, I implemented product features that grew the revenue generated by the offline business by 480%.
