   As VP of Product Management at Workiva, I lead a global product organization responsible for the platform capabilities that power Workiva’s $900M SaaS business. I sit on our CTO Staff, shaping long-term product and technical strategy and driving cross-functional alignment across our 900+ person global technology organization.My teams own Workiva’s core platform foundations, including our productivity suite, automation, integrations, data management, identity and access, enterprise security, public extensibility, UX frameworks, and global readiness, capabilities used by thousands of enterprises across North America, EMEA, and APAC.During my tenure, Workiva grew from ~$250M to nearly $900M ARR with 97% gross retention. I led a multi-year modernization of the Workiva platform, delivered with zero downtime, which significantly improved performance, reliability, and operational efficiency. I also established our platform extensibility and ecosystem strategy, enabling faster implementations, partner-led innovation, and new solution categories that expanded Workiva’s market reach.I drove major advancements in enterprise trust and security that removed adoption barriers with Fortune 100 organizations and strengthened our position in highly regulated industries. I also helped launch Workiva’s AI Companion and advanced the integration of AI and ML capabilities into core workflows.A core focus of my role has been elevating the Product Management discipline at Workiva. I co-founded our Product Management Center of Excellence and introduced programs that raised PM skill levels, standardized artifacts and rituals, and improved prioritization and outcome measurement through modern tooling and advanced product analytics.I’m passionate about building high-performing teams, scaling platforms, and driving strategy that enables organizations to deliver customer value at global scale.
