ABOUT OMKAR JAGDALE
Originally from India, Omkar immigrated to the US at the age of 19 to pursue his undergraduate in Civil Engineering. Omkar currently works as a Highway Engineer at WSP’s Dallas, Texas Location. Omkar graduated with a Civil degree from Lawrence Tech located in Detroit Area. While working full-time at WSP, Omkar pursued his full-time- Master\'s in project management and graduated from Harrisburg University.Omkar is passionate about bringing and retaining quality individuals to WSP and has personally referred multiple friends to WSP. Omkar has helped WSP retain dozens of international employees by assisting them with their immigration issues in the USA. Outside of work, Omkar is passionate about traveling and meeting new people. One of his goals is to make at least one friend from every country in the world. Omkar believes and works hard to follow the golden rule “Treat others the way you want to be treated”. His favorite quote is “we choose our destiny in the way we treat others.”-unknown. Omkar is also a professional coach and coaches international students pursuing graduate education in the USA. Since 2020, he has helped over 200 students to secure admission into top US universities.
