   Designed and 3D printed various check gauges to ensure good parts are produced. • Created brake pin fixtures to ensure bends on the parts are error proof. • Updated routing details on On-ramp which ensures smooth material flow and allows easy tracking of parts during operations. • Designed new crossbar for paint texture parts where I increased the number of parts hanged per hook from 2 to 3. • Improved daily paint volume density from sq ft per day to approximately 10,500 sq ft density. • Responsible for launching new parts, developing flat patterns from 3D model, updating BOM and preparing PPAP documents like FMEA, Control Plans, Safe Launch Plans, PSW etc. Reaching to customers for any possible design changes or temporary deviations. • Responsible for actively getting new business by quoting and submitting bids, selecting appropriate materials and finish as per the drawings. Reaching out to various vendors and get quotes for tooling and hardware’s. • Responsible for creating laser programs using sigma nest and properly utilizing the sheet to get maximum parts. • Successfully tested and set up new assembly center, carried out run at rate, designed and 3D printed support blocks to poke-yoke as well as reduce bottleneck and cycle time of assembled parts from 6 minutes to 4 minutes. • Developed an Initial Spaghetti Diagram near Shipping/Receiving Area which helped study human and forklift motion. • Worked on APAP project and implemented different packaging instructions ensuring maximum parts get packed without hampering quality of products
