1)Team Management:Supervise and lead a team of production workers and associates.Conduct training for new employees and ongoing training for existing staff on production techniques, safety procedures, and quality control standards.Assign tasks and ensure that team members are working effectively and collaboratively.Performance evaluations and coaching to improve staff productivity and morale.2)Quality Control and Assurance:Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure that soap bars meet company and regulatory standards.Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.Troubleshoot and resolve any production quality issues that arise.Work closely with the quality control department to resolve non-conformance issues & implement corrective actions.3)Inventory and Resource Management:Ensure that all raw materials, packaging materials, and other resources are available for production.Collaborate with the procurement and supply chain departments to manage inventory levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.Monitor consumption of raw materials and coordinate with the purchasing department for replenishment.4)Safety and Compliance:Ensure that all production operations comply with workplace safety, health, and environmental standards.Enforce safety protocols and regularly conduct safety audits to identify and address hazards.Maintain records of safety training, incident reports, and compliance audits.5)Maintenance Coordination:Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure that equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition.Schedule routine maintenance and respond to breakdowns or malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.6)Collaboration and Communication:Communicate effectively with other departments such as R&D, engineering, and sales to ensure smooth production planning and issue resolution.Report to senior management on production performance, challenges, and improvements.
