I didn\'t start my career in boardrooms. I started on the ground, understanding how financial products actually work. Over the last 6+ years, I\'ve worked across fintech and BFSI with Motilal Oswal Financial Services and 5paisa Capital building and scaling digital platforms across lending, payments, and investment systems. In that time, I reduced turnaround time by 40%+, improved customer engagement by 25% through digital-first features, and led cross-functional teams of 20+ members delivering SEBI, RBI and BBPS compliant platforms. Building Startup :Most recently, I built Startup an AI-driven investment advisory and crypto platform from the ground up. Not just the product idea, but everything around it: the AI advisory and recommendation system, customer web and mobile platforms, admin and backend infrastructure, compliance frameworks, and the full product architecture. It\'s the kind of end-to-end building experience that changes how you think about product work permanently. How I work: I sit at the intersection of product strategy, fintech platforms, and AI-driven systems. I care less about shipping features and more about whether the right problem is being solved then moving fast once it is. The work I find most meaningful is where business complexity, technology, and user experience all have to be untangled at once. Currently learning: Product Management with Applied AI at IIT Roorkee, and Project Management at IIM Nagpur (completed), both feeding directly into the work I do.
