Analyzed the process data of the diamond wire slicing machines using statistical process control on the JMP software, checking for process deviations.Involved in the Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) of the diamond wire saw machine. Identified potential safety hazards, and ensured that appropriate safeguards are included in the equipment’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Documented the diamond wire slicing process by creating Process Flow Charts, SIPOCs, Control Plan, Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP) and SOPs.Involved in the technical discussions with multiple equipment OEMs for the entire wafering process. Assisted in the Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) process for vendor selection.Created technical specification documents for key consumable items for the slicing process.
