ABOUT OMKAR PATIL

I am a Human Resources Associate at ProCreator, a global design agency that helps clients create innovative and impactful digital products and services. I have a MBA degree in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai, where I learned the theoretical and practical aspects of HR management, such as organizational behavior, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and employee engagement. I have developed core competencies in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and recruiting, which I apply in my current role to support the organization\'s growth and development. In my previous role as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Wohlig Transformations Pvt. Ltd, I collaborated with senior management and department heads to understand the organization\'s staffing needs, workforce planning, and business objectives. I developed and implemented effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, considering factors such as industry trends, candidate sourcing channels, and employer branding. I used various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing to identify potential candidates. I ensured a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from screening resumes and applications, to conducting telephonic interviews, to scheduling interviews with clients, to taking follow-ups and feedbacks. I also maintained and updated data on Resdex, a resume database platform, and sent job descriptions to candidates. I closed 50+ positions in 10 months, working with clients from diverse sectors such as finance, healthcare, consulting, education, and technology. I am passionate about finding the best fit for both the candidates and the clients, and I enjoy building long-term relationships with them. I believe that I can bring my skills, experience, and enthusiasm to ProCreator, and contribute to the team\'s success and culture.
