   Consulted with the Electric Distribution Planning (EDP) division to supp & enhance engineering program delivery: Identified inefficiencies and recommended enhancements in engineering project delivery, focusing on scalable work management solutions for continuous improvement. Mapped seven Engineering and Procurement processes, contributing recommendations to refine a SharePoint-based work management solution. Earned SAFe Certification to advance Agile practices, participated in enhancement discussions, tracked requests, and aligned them with PI objectives to improve visibility and execution. Coordinated across cross-functional teams at both Program & Project levels, managing risk, schedule, and financial oversight, and enhanced communication and reporting on Electric Distribution Design projects. Engaged in SharePoint-related QA/QC testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Database Access Management. Worked with EDP cost estimators using the AACE International Estimate Classification System to develop Class V to I project estimates.
