I am a dedicated and growth-oriented construction management professional, currently working as a Deputy Manager – Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES), Regional Project Team at Axis Bank, while pursuing my MBA in Advanced Construction Management at NICMAR University. With a strong foundation in civil engineering and a passion for leadership, consulting, and business development, I bring a unique combination of technical expertise and strategic insight to real estate, infrastructure, and consulting projects. Professional Role & ResponsibilitiesAt Axis Bank, I contribute to the Annual Branch Expansion Program (ABEP) and real-estate projects across multiple circles. My role spans end-to-end project management, lease execution, vendor coordination, compliance, and cost optimization, ensuring timely and quality delivery of branches and offices. I drive cross-functional collaboration, maintain regulatory compliance (RBI, audit, internal SOPs), monitor Capex & Opex budgets, and implement cost-saving strategies such as rent rationalization and energy efficiency measures. Academic & Research ExcellenceAlongside my professional role, I continue to build my academic profile at NICMAR. I have published a research paper (DOI: 10.1016/j.matpr.20•••••31) on sustainable construction practices and advanced materials and presented at the National Level Post Graduate Research Symposium (NLPGRS 2025) on leveraging BIM for sustainable construction and integrated project delivery. Technical & Consulting ExpertiseMy technical skills include AutoCAD, MS Project, Quantity Takeoff, Revit Architecture, Staad/Pro, and Advanced Excel, backed by a Master Diploma in Civil CAD. To complement this, I have enhanced my consulting and strategy capabilities through certifications such as Business Strategy Consulting Mastery (Mini MBA) and Consulting Approach to Problem Solving, strengthening my structured problem-solving and analytical mindset. Professional Experience & GrowthPreviously, I completed an internship with Adrianse India Pvt Ltd, where I contributed to project planning, design, execution, and closeout, demonstrating adaptability, leadership, and a drive to learn.
