AWS Development: Developed, deployed and maintained AWS resources with CDK (AWS Cloud Development Kit) for the Amazon Connect IVR solution. Built integrations between Amazon Connect and Salesforce. Repository & CI/CD Enhancements: Proposed, documented and implemented repository restructuring, CI/CD pipeline improvements, and code refactoring across multiple projects. Transferred Amazon Connect data from AWS S3 to Azure ADLS, streamlining analytics processes.Legacy Code Refactoring: Inherited and refactored a legacy Apex codebase and developed a custom logger to accelerate the process of debugging and rewriting the logic in a more testable manner.
