I build systems that turn complex operations into scalable businesses. I started as a founder, building and leading engineering for two venture-backed startups, including taking one from 0 to $1M ARR. I led product, engineering, and early operations, developing a strong bias for ownership and speed. I then joined Coinbase and was there through the direct public listing, working on identity, payments, and developer infrastructure at global scale. Today, I lead technology at Incorpify AI, establishing core systems and introducing AI-driven workflows across business formation and compliance. I value clarity, ownership, and high standards, and I move quickly. Long term, I am focused on building and acquiring businesses where technology is the unlock for scale.

   Leading engineering for an AI-powered platform that automates business incorporation across UAE, KSA, and US jurisdictions, from company formation and compliance to visa processing and ongoing operations. Building the full technical stack: AI agents with RAG-based knowledge retrieval, real-time regulatory monitoring, multi-jurisdiction checkout and payments, and an admin operations platform serving corporate service providers.• Architected a modular monorepo (7 services) with TypeScript, Fastify, React, and PostgreSQL — deployed to AWS with CI/CD automation• Designed and shipped AI-driven pre-incorporation chat, jurisdiction-specific compliance flows, and a self-service client dashboard• Built admin platform for internal ops: CRM, knowledge base management, pricing controls, and workflow orchestration• Establishing product and engineering roadmap across 7 milestones toward MVP launch and client onboarding
