Hinckley Today, I’ve had the fortune of working with small and large enterprises by providing training, coaching/consulting to over 1500 professionals on agility, and optimizing business processes to make businesses run efficiently and profitable; thus, saving millions of dollars from missed opportunities. My career began as an engineer in process design and the consulting space. Over the years, I grew into leading proposals, managing projects of all sizes, and becoming a key decision maker on multi-million-dollar projects. I’ve had the opportunity to meet and work with interesting people and blessed to have traveled the world to experience culture, languages, food, music, styles, and places. It is these diverse experiences that have molded me into the person I am today. Whether it was leading a process improvement initiative that saved my client millions of dollars per year or it was me helping a distributed team of 18 developers deliver four mobile apps in one year to an enterprise client, the one thing I have never let go off is my roll-up-my-sleeves attitude to get the job done! I started Agile Brains Consulting with the sole aim of providing a different experience of niche agile management consulting.
