I am part of the 1GX Center of Excellence team that oversees performance of the Government of Alberta’s (GoA) enterprise resource management and planning (ERP/ERM) solution, 1GX. As a Senior Business Analyst, I lead a team that manages technology operations and projects in the security, controls and risk domain to ensure compliance of the Government of Alberta\'s data management policy- Lead business process improvement and optimization projects- Use AI and automation to help improve security and compliance in the government\'s resource management module- Design and provide periodic compliance reports to senior leadership on progress and key point indicators- Responsible for position security and access administration for multiple Enterprise Resource Management and Planning (ERP/ERM) and Electronic records management systems for the GoA- Project coordination with diverse stakeholders including employees from all ministries and legislative offices, contractors and vendors- Lead qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods, as well as the gathering, coding, and analysis of evaluation data to impact policy decisions
