ABOUT ÖMER HALILOĞLU

A highly ambitious, goal-oriented and enthusiastic researcher in wireless communications. Over years of research experience, I have in-depth knowledge of Layer 1 & Layer 2 processing and architecture, radio resource management & interference management in centralized & distributed algorithms in RAN, distributed massive MIMO, cooperation among various radio access technologies, mathematical tools such as signal processing, optimization, and AI/ML for network management. Over the team lead experience, I have defined and driven new studies and areas forward, developed research forward through individuals. During the international projects, I have designed intelligent, energy efficient radio resource and interference management algorithms. I am interested in developing sustainable, innovative concepts through standardization; tool and algorithm development and implementation for reliable, resilient and energy efficient systems; participation in 6G R&D projects.
