ABOUT OMER TIGLI
I lead Vibrations Group at McNamara Salvia Structural Engineers. I have over 20 years of research and consulting experience on the structural vibrations of wide variety of building systems including laboratory, semi-conductor manufacturing, healthcare, mixed-use, higher education, retail, residential, office, entertainment venues, pedestrian bridges and monumental stairs. As a researcher, a vibration consultant and a structural engineer, I enjoy bringing in a unique three-in-one perspective to the vibration design of new structures or solving vibration issues in existing ones with creative, employable and cost-effective solutions. My structural engineering background facilitates the collaborations with the structural engineer and other design team members and assures the successful implementation of the recommendations.
