My focus on improving site safety and operational efficiency has been crucial in scaling Beti\'s impact from our roots in Israel to establishing a significant presence in the U.S. market. I have spearheaded the company’s growth and expansion efforts, including strategically opening our New York office and extending our operations across the East Coast. My commitment to excellence and innovation resulted in a successful $11 million fundraising round, which has accelerated our growth and broadened our reach. My experience in both the construction industry and the military instilled in me a strong sense of discipline and strategic thinking, which I’ve applied to my entrepreneurial activities.
