Work directly with business process owners and act as a liaison between the business and the Information Technology (IT) teams (i.e, Logistics & production support). Evaluate current Infor LN ERP functionality and identify opportunities for software and/or business process enhancements. Assist with the troubleshooting of system or process problems (tickets) to identify the root cause(s) and initiate appropriate corrective action. Analyze customers’ business requirements and application objectives to develop an application design to meet customers’ needs. Responsible for functional specifications, system configuration, solution testing, user acceptance testing, end-user training and support. Maintains and distributes performance reports for key inventory and delivery management metrics. Oversee the movement, control, and storage of product and analyzes data from inventory control, receiving and other warehouse processes to ensure accurate inventory levels Identify business processes/situations that could be improved with ERP solutions Assist with ERP Infor LN Logistics Functional Support as per SLA. Participate in system simulation to ensure the software is working per plant/users’ requirements.
