I’m a planner gone implementer with a passion for thoughtfully strategizing and implementing initiative and projects that assist urban communities towards their visions of vibrancy, equity, and transformation. The approach I take to my work is founded in the planning principle of serving the public interest conscientiously, coupled with a “Fail Fast, Learn Fast” mentality. I\'m experienced in asset-based community development, tactical urbanism, economic development, land use entitlement, and project/program development and management. Currently practicing in public private partnerships, real estate development, and strategic implementation of the Metropolitan Redevelopment Code as Redevelopment Project Manager for the City of Albuquerque Metropolitan Redevelopment Agency.
