I am a public health executive, systems strategist, and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience advancing population health outcomes through strategic leadership, program innovation, and cross-sector collaboration.As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OGR Public Health, I lead a consulting enterprise dedicated to strengthening health systems, supporting organizations in solving complex public health challenges, and advancing sustainable, evidence-informed solutions that improve community and population health outcomes.Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of strategy, implementation, and systems transformation. I partner with government agencies, health systems, foundations, nonprofits, and community organizations to design and implement initiatives that address pressing public health priorities including chronic disease prevention, maternal and child health, health equity, rural health transformation, and workforce development.My work focuses on helping organizations move from strategy to impact. This includes strengthening governance structures, improving program performance, aligning data with decision-making, and building the operational capacity needed to implement and sustain effective public health programs.I bring deep experience in public health strategy, program design, evaluation, and technical assistance, with a track record of helping organizations secure and manage more than $40 million in funding to support innovative public health initiatives.
